Printing Management Services

The Printing Management Division provides trained and experienced Print Specialists with printing expertise and knowledge to assist the Army in all its print requirements. We are the Army's proponent in providing high quality print products and services to the customer on time, for the least cost, within budget on any type of media. We will assist you from initial requests through final delivery. The Printing Management Division will provide you support to address your printing request efficiently, skillfully, and timely. Our comprehensive approach on our products, offer Army customers printing on all types, and ensures excellent customer service. All printing requests must be accompanied with a DA Form 260, DA Form 260-1, or DD Form 282 (for instructions on how to fill out this form, please click here). Per AR 25-30, all Department of the Army printing and local Army command printing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area must be sent to Army Publishing Directorate for procurement. Army organizations outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area may use APD to assist in their printing requirements. (The following is included in the Washington DC metropolitan area: In Maryland: Calvert County, Charles County, Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County. In Virginia: Arlington County, City of Alexandria, Clarke County, Culpeper County, Fairfax County, City of Fairfax, City of Falls Church, Fauquier County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, City of Manassas, City of Manassas Park, Rappahannock County, Spotsylvania County, City of Fredericksburg, Stafford County, and Warren County. In West Virginia: Jefferson County.)
