Summary: This regulation gives a uniform procedure for carrying out medical examinations of applicants for US service academies, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Scholarship Programs and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS).

Applicability: This applies to all medical facility personnel who perform such medical examinations, including the Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserve Units.

Supplementation: This regulation is affected by the Privacy Act of 1974.
